The Longmont Law Firm, LLC ("the firm") respects your privacy. This policy describes what information this website collects and how it is used.

Information You Provide

If you contact the firm by phone, email, contact form, or the online scheduler, we receive the information you choose to provide (such as your name, contact details, appointment selections, and message). We use it to respond to you, schedule consultations, run conflict checks, and provide legal services. We do not sell your information.

Third-Party Services

This site embeds services that process data under their own privacy policies: Acuity Scheduling (appointment booking), Square (payment processing), Clio Payments (client payments), Jotform (contact form), and Google Fonts (typography). Payment card details are entered directly with the payment processor and are never received or stored by this website.

Cookies & Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics on most pages to measure traffic. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and sends usage information (such as the pages you view and your approximate location) to Google. We do not load it on our domestic-violence safety and victim-resource pages. You can block it with your browser's privacy settings or Google's opt-out add-on. Embedded third-party services, such as our scheduling calendar, may set their own cookies as described in their policies.

Email Communications

Email is not a fully secure medium. Please avoid sending highly sensitive information by email until the firm has established a secure channel with you.

Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of contact information you've submitted by emailing charles@longmont.law. Information relating to legal representation is retained as required by professional-responsibility and record-keeping rules.
