The no-charge 20-minute telephone consultation and the extended consultation (up to one hour, $300) are as described on the scheduling page and may change; both consultations are conducted personally by Attorney Liken. Payment plans offered through Affirm and payments processed via Square or Clio Payments are subject to those providers' terms. Client payments made through the firm's online payment link are deposited to the firm's COLTAF trust account and applied in accordance with Colorado trust-accounting rules.
